- Pre-Order Items: Once you place a pre-order, our studio begins preparing your figure. When it’s ready, we’ll notify you to pay the remaining balance. Next, we carefully pack and weigh your package, then provide several shipping options (varying by cost and delivery time). After you choose and pay for your preferred shipping method, we’ll ship your item to you.
- In-Stock Items: For items we have in stock, simply place your order. We will promptly give you a shipping quote based on your location. Once you pay the shipping fee, we will ship your item out right

Tips: If you still do not contact us 30 days after we contact you to make up the payment, it will be deemed that you have given up the pre-sale order and the deposit will not be refunded
