AFTER-SALES POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to handle any issues fairly:
- Pre-Order Cancellations: If you change your mind about a pre-order, you may request a cancellation and refund within 100 hours of placing the order (please note a small handling fee will be deducted). After 100 hours have passed, we can still process a cancellation but will refund 80% of the order amount.


- Item Quality: Please remember that collectible figures are luxury items and handcrafted pieces. They may have very slight imperfections, which are normal and not considered defects. We take care to source authentic, high-quality products, but a little variation can occur in coloring or assembly.


- Unboxing Video (Important): When your package arrives, please record a complete unboxing video before opening or inspecting the figure. This video is crucial for shipping damage claims. If any damage occurred during transit, the video helps you claim compensation from the shipping carrier.


- After-Sales Service: If you provide us with the full unboxing video upon request, we will happily offer free after-sales support (such as repairs, replacements, or partial refunds) for damage or genuine defects. Please note that for international returns or replacements, the round-trip shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
